Account Executive Roles - HR/HCM / Background Check Software - Virtual - 27736379

Our 37 year-old Client, based in Austin,TX and founded in 1987 is a leader in the HR/HCM & Background Screening Software Solutions space. Their market-leading, SaaS based HR/HCM & Background Check / Screening Solutions are built for location based, decentralized & high volume, hourly workforce hiring.

Their mobile-first platform streamlines the Recruit to Retain process to transform how employers Find, Hire, Train, and Engage hourly workers + much more!

They are looking for Account Executives ($90K-$100K Base (DOE), $180K-$200K OTE, No Cap) w/ 3-5+ years of successful consultative Sales Experience in a best-in-class, progressive HR/HCM, Payroll or Background Check Software space. They want top performers who have the energy, drive & "fire in their belly" to blow away their #'s! Top Reps today are making $500K&Up!

If you have been successful selling into Medium or Large-Sized Business for companies like Paradox, Workstream, iCIMS, Harri, Clear Company, Snagajob, People Matter, Fourth, Greenhouse, ADP, Paycor, Paycom, Paychex, Paylocity, HireRight, Ceridian/Dayforce, Taleo, HigherMe, Checkr, GoodHire, Accurate, etc., we would like to speak with you!

If you don't have (3-5) years of successful sales experience in the HR/HCM, Payroll or Background Check/Screening space, please don't apply!

What You Have :

• MUST HAVE (3-5+) years of successful experience in the HR/HCM, Payroll or Background Check Software Space.
• Consistent Record of Exceeding Quotas in the $1M neighborhood.
• Have demonstrated Job Stability in your career.
• Sales experience in the Medium/Large Market (Fortune1000) is a BIG plus!
• A Relationship Builder who has been Successful!
• Proven ability to successfully interact with C-level Executives & Owners, Negotiate, and Close business.
• Able to write Cogent, Quality, Business Value Proposals.
• Excellent Presentation Skills.
• Work via a Solution Selling methodology (MEDDIC, Challenger, Spin, Sandler, etc) is a Plus.
• Disciplined in Managing Time and Multiple Sales Cycles.
• College Degree (preferred) or Equivalent Experience.
• Personable, Fun to be Around & Don't Take Yourself Too Seriously!

Base Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 (DOE)

Total Compensation: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 (No Cap) + Bonuses + Promotions + 401K Match + Unlimited Vacation + 4 Mental Health Days + Great Benefits Package + All Expenses

Locations: Virtual, Home Office Role Anywhere in the US.

Relocation: Not Applicable

Openings: Multiple (Due to Growth)

Travel: 10-20%
