Job Responsibilities

• Support the management and team by providing customer relations support, receiving/directing incoming calls, answering inquiries and providing follow-up to customers in regards to repair information.
• Maintain an organized database and updated filing system to assist management.
• Schedule insurance claims appointments and act as a liaison between insurance companies.
• Organization and coordination of repair orders.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong multi-tasker with exceptional time management skills.
• Strong communication skills 
• experience with insurance companies and polices is a plus
