Your Role:
  • Leadership Excellence: Lead and inspire a large sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
  • Strategic Vision: Develop and execute market plans that align with overall business objectives and drive brand growth.
  • Performance Management: Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, implementing corrective actions as needed to achieve goals.

Location: Flexible, with the ability to travel within the designated region as required.

Primary Responsibilities/Activities:
Regional Brand Partnership & Integration: 40%
  • Amplify local activation to the national stage
  • Develop a market activation strategy
  • Lead brand communication in the territory
  • Implement strategy and create local market tactics
  • Build and maintain current relationships - enable brand presence where culture is being created  
Human Capital: 50%
  • Manage a team of Region Market Managers
  • Facilitate objective setting
  • Maximize resources and create optimal efficiencies
Budget Management/Admin: 10%
  • Budget and goal/KPI management and oversight
  • Negotiating Terms
  • ROI Evaluations (MBR, QBR, Annual Reports, et. al.)
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related major preferred.
  • 5+ years of sales/marketing leadership experience for the beverage or CPG industry required. 
  • Must live in and have a strong geographic knowledge of the western region. Familiarity with the markets in assigned territory is highly preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
  • Prior experience training and managing a team required.
  • Budget management and accountability experience required.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including some early mornings, nights, and weekends with the ability to travel.
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment required.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional, fast-paced, team environment required.
  • Highly organized with experience in professional relationship management required.
  • Adept at Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Suites preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and research preferred.
Compensation:
  • Base Salary: $120K - $130K
  • Bonus Potential: 10% annually
  • Communication: $150 monthly reimbursement
  • Wellness: $50 monthly reimbursement
