TLNT is currently seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to collaborate closely with clients in the

CPG domain. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering valuable insights and fostering

business growth. You will take ownership of client analytics projects from start to finish. If this

The Role:

• Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their problems and align on an approach.
• Taking ownership and executing client analytics projects.
• Independently interacting with internal/external clients to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Delivering outputs and communicating project progress to stakeholders.
• Developing comprehensive models/codes for time series forecasting.
• Working with client's internal stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making and implementation.
• Ensuring client deliverables meet expectations in terms of scope, speed, and quality.

The Person:

• Graduation in engineering / statistics / data analytics
• Possesses 3 to 5 years of post-graduation experience, dedicating at least 50% of that time to working with CPG clients or companies.
• Demonstrates proficiency in Python and pySpark programming and Exhibits familiarity with
• Databricks and the Azure Cloud environment
• Demonstrates a proven track record of tackling time series forecasting problems.
• Holds experience in Demand Forecasting, Consumption Forecasting, or Shipment
• Forecasting using a variety of machine learning methods.
• Displays strong collaboration skills, particularly when collaborating with technical teams like Data Science.
• Exhibits exceptional analytical thinking and the ability to break down complex problems into manageable solutions
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Displays willingness to travel as required
