We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stockouts and overstock situations.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input inventory data into management systems and update records regularly.
  • Running Reports: Generate and analyze inventory reports to provide insights into stock levels, trends, and discrepancies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in inventory control.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support business initiatives and resolve inventory-related issues.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve inventory discrepancies, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

    • Education: A Bachelor’s degree that sets the foundation for your success.
    • Experience: Proven experience as an Inventory Analyst or in a similar role, with a solid track record in consumer products.
    • Expertise: Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices, with proficiency in inventory management systems and software.
    • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Communication: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams.
    • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Supply Chain Savvy: Understanding of supply chain processes and logistics, along with knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in inventory control.
