Salary: $ 100,000.00

We have partnered with an architectural and engineering design firm in the Lubbock, TX area to provide them with a Professional Land Surveyor. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Professional Land Surveyor:

#1. Must have PLS License.

#2. Must have the ability to perform field measurements for boundary, topographic and as-built surveys.

#3. Must be able to set control points, boundary markers and other survey monuments under RPLS supervision.

#4. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years

Requirements of the Professional Land Surveyor:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in surveying or equivalent experience combined with surveying experience.
• Certification: PLS/RPLS certification.
• Work Environment: Exposure to moving mechanical parts, heavy machinery, toxic or caustic chemicals, and varying weather conditions while performing job duties. Noise levels can range from moderate to high.
• Travel: Ability to travel to work sites as needed.

Other Key Requirements:

• In office role or Hybrid
• No sponsorships or visa holders okay. No Corp-to-Corp.
