We are currently recruiting for a professional and reliable payroll dispatcher to act as our company’s first point. We are looking for a qualified payroll dispatcher to assist in all activities regarding the management of employee compensation in the company. To excel in this position, all candidates should be able to multi-task with little supervision. In addition to being an excellent communicator, the ideal candidate will also demonstrate superb organizational and interpersonal skills.

The goal is to enable different parties to communicate well by ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information.

Responsibilities

• Address problems and requests by transmitting information
• Dispatch payroll for products or deliveries
• Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance
• Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule
• Provide field units with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements
• Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as dispatcher or relevant position
• Well colored printer/copier
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of relevant methods (CAD)
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
• Active listener with excellent communication skills
• High school diploma
