Qualifications for Construction Manager:

2-3 years of heavy road construction required
Ability to manage a staff of 3-5 internal employees that produce the cement
Ability to meet deadlines and adhere to company policies
Must reside in ND, SD or NE
Must be able to be onsite each work day
