**Warehouse Supervisor**
**Job Description**
Manage the overall operations of the stockrooms, provide guidance, direction, and enhance individual performance through defined expectations, training, coaching, and mentoring of the warehouse team. Collaborate with support functions and customers to drive improvement of companywide objectives and customer satisfaction. Develop and ensure successful performance against departmental metrics by taking tactical actions or implementing process improvement as needed. Establish a high-performing culture, commitment to excellence, and improvement. Ensure processes and procedures related to material movement in MRP and outside MRP are enforced and documented. Manage company cycle counting procedures to achieve accuracy of inventory. Monitor inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy. Maintain communication with customers to answer shipping and receiving inquiries and troubleshoot problems. Ensure general safety, compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and company requirements. Perform other job duties as required.
